Registration for Summer WoW '26 opens Jan. 1, '26. Register early to get your best rooming option. The link at the bottom of this page to the registration form is disabled until January 1, 2026 at approximately 8am. Make sure to read this page carefully and follow our instructions to avoid errors.
Please note that Summer WoW has a "NO REFUNDS" Policy Please fill out our registration form completely and submit it for review by MK_Desires. There are several options for lodging with different pricing for each of these options as noted on the Registration Form. Lodging accomodations will be filled on a first come-first served basis. In the event your choice has already been booked to capacity, we can put you on a waiting list for that lodging option while offering you an alternative one.
When you complete the registration form, make sure to enter an email address you check regularly. All of our correspondences, critical payment and deadline information, confirmations, and any last minute notifications are going to use this email. Please make a good choice for our correspondences.
Immediatly after you submit your registration form, you will receive an autoresponder email at the email address you provided. Please look for it, open it, and validate your email by clicking the validation link in the body of the email you received.
We can't process your registration until you validate your email address. Check your inbox after you register and follow the instructions to validate your email address for us. Do it promptly!!! When you click on that validation link a return email to MK_Desires will automatically be generated on your device. It will already be filled out. All you have to do is click "SEND". This will send the validation email to us and you will receive an autoresponder confirmation this was successful. Your registration will be processed within a day or two of receiving your validation email.
After we have had time to process your registration form, you will receive a "Pending Reservation" by return email. It will include a rehash of your personal information, the days you are planning to attend the event, and your bill for the event based on your lodging selection and it's availability at that time. If you elected to purchase an event T-shirt that will be noted on the bill. And if you are making a donation to the Tuition Assistance Program that will also be noted on your bill. Please review this email for errors. Advise us promptly of any corrections that need to be made.
Your pending reservation will be temporarily held until we receive your deposit. Deadline dates for paying your deposit and completing full payment will be indicated on your "Pending Reservation" email. Failure to make payments by the indicated deadline dates can result in loss of your reservation. All payments you make and your confirmed reservation will be acknowledged to your validated email address.
MK_Desires understands that sending emails with billing and payment instructions is not the fastest way to conduct this registration process. We have chosen not to automate our registration and payment process to keep your personal and payment information off of third party servers and out of the reach of hackers. We apologize if this is inconvenient, but MK_Desires believes that protecting your privacy, security, and safety is our number one concern. So please be patient with us as we process each registration by hand.
We have selected two secure options for you to send your payment. Send your personal check by snail mail, or use Zelle to directly transfer the funds. Zelle is our preferred method of payment. There is no charge if you use Zelle with your own bank.
